			<title>overdoing cardio</title>
			<description>Hi, &lt;br /&gt;   How much cardio does one really need? I've been doing cardio 7days a week for about 45 minutes..elliptical,climbing stairs...I've been noticing some foot tingling.. Could this be overdoing it? &lt;br /&gt; Pls. advise..</description>
