Hi,
How much cardio does one really need? I've been doing cardio 7days a week for about 45 minutes..elliptical,climbing stairs...I've been noticing some foot tingling.. Could this be overdoing it?
Pls. advise..

Hello-
Sounds like you may be overdoing it a bit, or you may have an underlying issue that you want to have checked out. Anytime you have tingling there is a sign of nerve issues to some degree. You may want to stop what you are doing and see a local Physical Therapist who will be able to help you out and get to the root of your problem.
